Written consumer complaints are answered in writing within 30 days. If a complaint is rejected, Budachrome provides the consumer with the information required by applicable law concerning the competent authority or conciliation body.
5. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
A consumer must first attempt to settle the dispute directly with Budachrome. If the dispute is not resolved, the consumer may apply to the conciliation body competent according to the consumer’s residence or stay.

Copyright in photographs and other content submitted by customers remains with the relevant author or rights holder. Submission for development, scanning or another laboratory service does not transfer copyright to Budachrome.
Budachrome does not publish, advertise with or otherwise use customer photographs for promotional purposes without a separate lawful basis, such as the author’s prior permission.
9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Budachrome makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Product colours, scan appearance and images displayed on a screen may vary because of photographic, scanning, display and device characteristics.
Obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors may be corrected. Where an error affects an order, Budachrome will inform the customer and, where necessary, offer confirmation on the corrected terms or a full refund. Nothing in this Legal Notice limits mandatory consumer rights.
